Free Intro Session
CrossFit High Order offers a free postural and movement assessment for all prospective members. This Intro session is with one of our coaches. Our coaches will explain how a typical class session is conducted at CFHO, our priority on safe functional movements (running, jumping, squatting, pushing, lifting, pressing), a sample CrossFit workout of the day (WOD), and have all your questions answered. CrossFit Group Classes
Our CrossFit group classes are the core programming at CrossFit High Order. Each workout of the day will offer one or a combination of different movements from gymnastics, Olympic or weight lifting, and cardiovascular conditioning. Every workout is scalable and our coaches will find a movement, weight and time limit that works best for every client from elite athlete to a person who never stepped foot in a gym.
During Open Gym, members can come in and make up a missed WOD or work on a skill/lift they would like to spend more time practicing. A coach will be present to supervise.
This is an effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals. Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your goals and design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths, thereby enabling you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible.
This is a great way to help you recover. Our focus is on Yin Yoga which incorporates longer holds in positions. We work through a light yoga flow and light movement on the mat. You put in all the hard work on your muscles. Yoga is a great way to speed up recovery and relaxation.
